Blessing of the Pets
October 4, 2013 is a day we remember Francis of Assisi and so we will have a "blessing of the pets". It will be held at 5:30 PM at the church. Please bring your pet on a leash or some restraining method. Pets bring so much joy to our lives, make us healthier and lower our blood pressure. See you at the church on Friday :)

October 9th is the night of our Community Hymn Sing Event. It will be held at 6:30 PM. Join us to sing favorite hymns and enjoy listening to some solos.
Trip tp England to attend the official opening of Ruxley Church in London, England.
I was thrilled when David our Archbishop and Metropolitan phoned to ask me if I would represent him, the diocese and our church at the official opening of Ruxley Church in England. Ruxley is a shared ministry of Anglican/Methodist.
Sept. 3d I flew to England to the welcoming reception of Ruxley Church members. I spent the 8 days with Cannon Stuart Thomas and his wife Heather. What a grand time we had together!
I was thrilled to be part of their official opening. The church is modern with clean lines and a feeling of peace and welcome. The downstairs is used for ourtreach activities as well as a chapel.
It was an eye opener to visit the many churches and cathedrals. Such history and beautiful architecture! Stuart and Heather were such great tour guides!
Our church now has a poster of pictures so everyone is able to see Ruxley Church. We are happy to be partners with them.
